Alive Album provides an AI-animated photo album service that transforms your images into a video album. You upload images, select a soundtrack, and receive a rendered video.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload the images you provide
• You must not upload content that violates any laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains inappropriate material
• You agree to provide accurate information when using our service

4. Content Policy

We reserve the right to reject or refuse to process any content that violates our content policy, including but not limited to explicit, violent, or illegal content. If your content is flagged, you may not be eligible for a refund as processing resources have been utilized.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before processing begins. Refunds are available for technical failures within our system. Refunds are not available for content policy violations or user-caused issues.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. The rendered video is provided to you for personal use. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alive Album is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
